Thoughts:
In short, I'm amazed at how I feel after taking this product! Imagine waking up in the morning and taking your 4oz of product and feeling like you ate an apple, orange and bananna. That's what it's like to me!

• Eating – while not a weight loss product, the Beverage has rather dramatically changed my eating. By starting off with my 'shot' in the morning, my cravings have almost completely disappeared and what I begin to crave are healthier foods (salads and veggies, for example). I find I'm less hungry, and when I do get hungry, it's less intense. Several times now I've found that I've gone 7+ hours since my last meal, and it's time to eat.
• Caffiene- I'm addicted to coffee. I love it – the taste, the smell, and the warmth. It is my drink of choice, and frequently I have a cup near me the entire day, sipping away until I find I've emptied and entire pot. A major benefit I can only attribute to Mandura is my cravings have largely disappeared! I start my morning with my Mandura Beverage, a large glass of water, and only then my first cup of joe. My day-long cravings have disappeared, and allow me to drink coffee consciously and when I chose too, not because I'm craving it.
• Alertness – A big surprise here. I wake up more alert, I'm sleeping a bit less (not that I sleep a lot to begin with) and I definitely feel more alert during the day. With a reduction in coffee, that's a bit of a surprise, but the Beverage, along with the corresponding change in diet mentioned in #1 above, and I just feel better as the day wears on.

Dosage Recommendations:
